Damaged or Defective Products

Our team will review and offer a replacement only if the damage is verified and reported on time.
Conditions That Do Not Qualify as Defective:
- Slight color or design variation due to lighting or screen display
- Minor size variations in handcrafted products
- Damages reported after 48 hours of delivery
