Damaged or Defective Products

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• Brief description of the issue

Our team will review and offer a replacement only if the damage is verified and reported on time.

Conditions That Do Not Qualify as Defective:

• Slight color or design variation due to lighting or screen display
• Minor size variations in handcrafted products
• Damages reported after 48 hours of delivery
